JRRP is a service for automatic IP failover on machines.
When no device on the network sends ARP response for a configured IP address, JRRP will attach the IP address on the server it runs on.
Similary when another device on the network starts responding again on ARP, JRRP will remove the IP address from the server it runs on depending on which server is configured as master.
