Recent OpenSSH authentication bypass security vulnerability

Due to a problem with an underlying system library musl used by OpenSSH on some linux distributions, OpenSSH is vulnerable to full password authentication bypass

However, JLinux do not use the underlying library and is not vulnerable
We will therefore not deploy an update to OpenSSH 10.6p2
